Meetings are held on the third Tuesday in the Morgan Barn (on the Fairgrounds)
Association Meetings start at       7:00 p.m.
Board Meetings start at 8:00 p.m.

Exhibitors are not limited to Ledyard residents.

Exhibitors must be 18 year of age or older.

A cash prize of $10 will be awarded to the Best In-Class in each of the following categories:  Arts, Crafts, Photography (prints only) and Collections.  Ad additional $25 prize will be awarded for Best of Show.

Exhibitors must provide their own display materials unless other arrangements are made with the Chairpersons of the show. One table per exhibitor.

 Items exhibited previously at the Ledyard Fair cannot be exhibited again.

All entries in the "Art" category must be original work of art by the exhibitor. If not original, they must be entered as crafts.

Craft entries must be noted as to whether they are original or made from a kit.

Exhibit pieces may be brought in starting at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. and be set up by 6:30 p.m. Exhibits must remain on display until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.  Awards and exhibits may be picked up after 5:00 p.m. Sunday. All items must be removed by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. Any items left after 6:00 p.m. will be donated.

Sales are not permitted.

Items will be judged on the basis of design, quality of work, distinction, coordination of item of material, color, texture and utility of item.  Each item will be judged on its own merit.

Judges' decisions are final.

Multiple entries per class will be accepted.

Exhibitors will make decision regarding class entry prior to submission of article for exhibition.

No Identification whatsoever is permitted on ay article submitted.  Initials/name by be covered with tape.

Exhibits will be monitored during fair hours; however, exhibitors are reminded that they enter their articles at their own risk.

 Jewelry, Enamelwork, Ceramics, Porcelain, Stoneware, Pottery, Stenciling, China, Painting, Liquid Embroidery Furniture Making and Refinishing, Holiday Ornaments, Glassware, Tinware, Sculpture, Woodworking, Leather Tooling, Printing, String Craft, Dried or Pressed Flower Pictures, Decoupage, Origami, Miniatures, Models, Carving, Dolls and their Clothes, Stained Glass, etc.


Some Suggested Categories For Collections Are:

      Dolls, Glassware, Miniatures, China Pieces, Stamps, Pins, Postcards, Shells, Minerals, Rocks, Coins,  Medals, etc.
