Meetings are held on the third Tuesday in the Morgan Barn (on the Fairgrounds)
Association Meetings start at       7:00 p.m.
Board Meetings start at 8:00 p.m.

No refrigeration is available.

Entries will be accepted from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.  All Classes are open to both men and women, seniors (over 18), intermediates (ages 12-17), and juniors (ages 5-11). Entries will be judged on appearance, texture, tenderness and taste.

1. Bread and Rolls 7. Cakes and Cupcakes
2. Muffins and Biscuits 8. Pies
3. Quick Bread 9. Decorated Cake
4. Coffee Cake 10. Healthy Baking
5. Cookies and Brownies 11. Miscellaneous
6. Gingerbread  

Rules

More than one entry accepted in each class as long as they are different varieties. Classes are the same for each age level.

No commercial mixes to be used.

Entries must be covered securely with plastic wrap or plastic bags. Furnish paper plates, except for cakes and pies.

Four or more cupcakes, cookies, muffins, or biscuits are to be exhibited.

Entries should remain on display until 5:00 p.m. Sunday, unless other arrangements are made at time of entry.

Judges' decisions are final.

A copy of your recipe printed or typed on a 3X5 card may be substituted. Submission of this recipe is your permission to use the recipe in a future cookbook.

There is no refrigeration available, please plan accordingly.


Special Classes

For Juniors and Intermediates only: A poster showing balanced menus for one day's meals. Poster may be illustrated.

For Men  and Young Men Only: Your specialty! Baked yourself! Special Ribbon will be given for best item entered.   Boys at Intermediate and Junior levels are invited to enter.  Men and boys may also enter the above 10 classes.
