Meetings are held on the third Tuesday in the Morgan Barn (on the Fairgrounds)

Association Meetings start at 7:00 p.m.

Board Meetings start at 8:00 p.m.

Pageants

Qualifications	All contestants must be Ledyard or Gales Ferry residents. Parental consent required. Age Requirements: Miss: 14-18 Jr. Miss: 9-13 Little Miss: 5-8
Scholarships	Miss Ledyard Fair - $900.00 1st Runner Up - $350.00 2nd Runner Up - $250.00
Duties	Winner and her court, 1st, 2nd and 3rd runner up, must be available for appearances. Annual Ledyard Fair Dinner (Oct) Holiday Carol Sing and Light Parade (Dec) Ledyard Spring Egg Hunt (Apr) Ledyard Memorial Day Parade (May) 2009 Ledyard Fair (Sept)
Judging and Coronation (Times and locations subject to change)	Miss Ledyard - Friday, 7:00 p.m.- Upper Stage Junior Miss Ledyard - Saturday, 12:00 p.m. - Upper Stage Little Miss Ledyard - Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - Upper Stage
