Meetings are held on the third Tuesday in the Morgan Barn (on the Fairgrounds)
Association Meetings start at 7:00 p.m.
Board Meetings start at 8:00 p.m.

Rules and Regulations
All
entries must be made on Friday, between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Judging
will be at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
Poultry
Department will furnish feed, water and care for the poultry.
Any
birds showing signs of sickness or disease will be removed.
Judges
decisions are final.
All
birds shown must be PULLRUM CLEAN or bred from bird that are pullrum clean.
Birds must be State tested within the last twelve months (certificate required).
All
entries must be left in place until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
There
will be no entry fee.
Best in Show Rosette and a $25.00 cash award will be given to the best bird in
show.
Limited
to Poultry from New England States ONLY.
Maximum
number of birds per entry is 25. Additional birds need prior approval by
the Chairperson.
