Entries must be postmarked by August 25, 2008.  Please mail entries early.  Entries should include:  Division, Class, Tattoo Number, Breed & Color, Sex and Class Description.  Phone entries will not be accepted.

No entries or changes will be made on the day of the show.  Only ear number changes will be allowed:  must be same class, six and division.  No refunds on scratched entries.  Entry fee must accompany entry or entry will not be processed.

Note:  Any entry by a check that is returned, will be charged an additional $25 handling fee.  No points, paybacks or specials will be awarded until all fees are paid.  If fees remain unpaid, the exhibitor will be banned from all future Ledyard Fair shows.  Fees must be paid within ten days of notice.  The only method of payment accepted will be by money order.

Rabbits must be brought to the fair between 4-8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 5th and can be removed Sunday at 6:00 p.m.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Exhibitors are responsible for getting their entries to and from the show table.

Sick or diseased animals will be removed from the show tent.  The show superintendent and/or show secretary reserves the right to examine any entry.

Ledyard Fair, Ledyard Regional FFA and Ledyard Public Schools are not responsible for any damage or loss due to theft, fire or any other cause.  Reasonable safety precautions will be taken.

All rabbits are to be permanently tattooed in the left ear prior to the day of the show.  Tattoo is to be legible without residual ink.  Coop numbers will be issued to be written in the right ear using a back marker only.  If you wish remark cards, they will be available at the secretary's desk to be filled out by the exhibitor and brought to the writers.

No one except the judge and their attendants are allowed behind the show table.  Anyone interfering with the judging will have their entry eliminated without refund.  Those wishing to assist a judge must write to the Show Superintendent for permission 30 days prior to the day of the show.
