Meetings are held on the third Tuesday in the Morgan Barn (on the Fairgrounds)
Association Meetings start at 7:00 p.m.
Board Meetings start at 8:00 p.m.

Sweepstakes Rules
Sweepstakes prizes shall consist of a rosette ribbon. Cash will be awarded in the following departments only:
The greatest number of blue ribbons shall determine the placing. In case of a tie, red ribbons shall be used as a tie-breaker.
Sweepstakes shall be awarded as follows:

A contestant must have a minimum of two different entries in any one department to qualify for sweepstakes.
Best of Show
A Best In Show Rosette and a $25.00 cash award will be offered in the following categories:

Ledyard Fair Outstanding Competitor Award

| Junior (5 to 11) | Plaque plus $20 |
Must exhibit in three or more sweepstakes departments
Awards will be determined by a point system and the decision of the committee is final.
Blue - 3 points
Red - 2 points
White - 1 point
